Any suggestion of a good summer destination

Summer time is nearing and I am planning to go on a long vacation with friends. What is the best place to go that features a number of good kosher spots? I have a few places in mind but I’m not really sure if they have restaurant that serves kosher. Can you suggest some good travel agency also that can help me plan my vacation?

Mauritus is amazing, I would definitely recommend it there.. I'll have to dig up a bit more information and let you know what kinda deals I got going there, and other places I visited and things I did. It was a great trip and I learned lots while I was there.
