Master Bedroom: The master bedroom had two full-size beds. There is a great view with access though the French doors to the backyard and pool. The connecting master bathroom has a private toilet, a glass-enclosed shower, a separate, large bathtub with Jacuzzi jets, matching towels and two sinks. A Kvort and Negel-Vasser basin is available in each bathroom. The elegant furniture (dresser, armoire and night table) and large walk-in closet provide ample space for any wardrobe.

Bedroom Two: The second bedroom has two twin beds and a dresser. The connecting bathroom has a shower, toilet, a sink, matching towels and a mirrored closet. This bathroom has a door that leads directly outside to the pool.

Bedroom Three/Den: The third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle underneath (with twin mattresses). This bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms, offering total privacy. The bathroom adjoining it has a shower, toilet and sink.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen’s appliances are a large Kenmore refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, a GE Monogram stovetop with 5 burners (with a Shabbos Blech), two GE Monogram convection ovens which bake, roast and broil (one Parve, one Fleishig), a Fleishige microwave, a Fleishige dishwasher, a Milchige Toast-R-Oven, a Parve toaster and a 10-cup coffee maker. There are also 2 sets of dishes (service for 8), glasses, cutlery, etc. In the kitchen there is a counter and stools as well as a beautiful glass table which seats 6. The kitchen has two sinks (one Fleishig, one Milchig). Also on hand are tablecloths and place mats, two silver Shabbos Liechter, candles and tea-lights .

Dining-Living Room: There is a large (8-10 place) dining room table for Shabbos on one side of the room. On the other side of this large room is a couch with 2 club chairs around a coffee table in front of the fireplace (and the TV/DVD/VCR).

Pool and Spa: A unique feature of the swimming pool is that it is treated with SALT, not chlorine; it also has a raised Jacuzzi with tiered “waterfalls.” The pool is designed for doing laps as well as for lounging. The pool is 44 feet long, 11 feet wide and 5 feet deep. The pool is professionally maintained twice a week.

TV and Video: In an enclosed cabinet, there is a 36” TV, a DVD, and VCR Player. The video source is Time-Warner Cable.

Telephone and Internet: The telephone is for local calling only; cell phones or calling cards are recommended. There is a computer (with DSL service) with a printer and fax machine in bedroom #3, so one can be in touch with one’s office if necessary.

More Information: The whole house has 10-foot high ceilings and archways which give a spacious feeling. The living room French Doors lead out to a completely covered patio and to the pool. There are several seating areas where one can enjoy the immaculately landscaped backyard as well as the views of the beautiful mountains. There is an ample supply of towels (bath, hand, etc.), sheets and pillow cases for a one-week stay. There is an indoor laundry room with large-capacity Kenmore washer and dryer. There is central air-conditioning with dual controls.

 There is a shabbos Minyan at both locations all year round. As far as the daily weekday minyan; there is a daily minyan at both shuls in teh Fall, Winter and Spring. In the summer the the status of daily minyanim has to be verified with the local chabad house.
